Hursh Meat Processing began in 1998 with a hand grinder as a small, family operation. Today, we have a full line of processing services and products, but still offer family style attention to our customers. We process all big game including deer, elk, moose, and bear, as well as beef and pork. Your meat will be custom cut to your specifications and vacuum sealed in our state licensed and inspected facility. You won’t have to wrap it when you get it back from us! We are on call 24 hours a day for bow hunters and bear hunters when the warm fall weather requires quick processing of your game, and we work hard to give you fast turn-around processing if you are an out-of-town hunter.  We are still a family- run business and we are experienced, fast and friendly.
